Our history comes along some hard-won extensive experience in the energy field, that experience has value, it takes time to assemble the knowledge and capabilities needed to execute projects; and it takes time to instill a strong sense of values into an organization's culture. Over the last eight decades, we've done all of those things, and precisely because vision, capabilities and values takes time and efforts to craft a strong base, thus provide us with a sustainable source of competitive advantage to move forward.
